WALKGOOD'S JOURNEY
THE VISION
When we heal together,
we rise together.
WalkGood LA is a wellness-driven movement born from a moment of pain and transformed into purpose.
Founded in 2020 amidst civil unrest and a global pandemic, WalkGood brings people together across race, class, and culture to breathe, move, and heal — proving that wellness is not a luxury, it’s a right.
We create spaces of joy, art, and belonging where every person can feel seen, supported, and strong.
OUR MISSION
To make healing, wellness, and community care accessible for all — across race, gender, and generation.
How we do it
Community-Based Programs blending art, mindfulness, and movement.
Safe Spaces for conversation, connection, and education.
Wellness as Culture — integrating joy, identity, and collective care.
